At Haumis, every item is specially made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Since our products are custom-printed to order, we do not keep stock. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or simply changing your mind. We strongly encourage you to check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
When returns or exchanges are accepted
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund. Lost packages are also covered, provided the claim is submitted within the allowed timeframe.
Claim window
All claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product (or the estimated delivery date in case of lost shipments). Claims made outside this window cannot be accepted.
How to request a replacement or refund
To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at [your support email] with the following:

Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or issue
A short description of the problem
Our support team will review your claim, and if approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Returned packages
If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, or being unclaimed, we’ll notify you by email. You will have 30 days from notification to provide an updated address and cover the cost of reshipment. If no action is taken, the order may be considered abandoned.
Important notes
We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors. Instead, a new order must be placed once the refund or replacement request is resolved.

Regional laws may provide additional rights (for example, EU or Brazil customers have statutory cancellation windows). Where applicable, we will comply with those consumer protections.
